Schedule of the Evening

3:00 PM

Guest Arrival

Welcome champagne and refreshments served in the garden courtyard. Guests are invited to explore the grounds, sign the guest book, and find their seats in the ceremony garden.

A string quartet will be playing softly as guests arrive — setting the tone for the afternoon.
3:30 PM

Ceremony

The exchange of vows beneath a handcrafted arch draped in blush roses, eucalyptus, and cascading ivy. Officiated by Sarah's childhood best friend, Emily.

Please silence your phones and be seated by 3:20 PM. The ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes.
4:30 PM

Cocktail Hour

A curated selection of craft cocktails, premium wines, and artisanal hors d'oeuvres. Enjoy the sunset over the estate gardens, mingle, and take photos at our interactive photobooth.

Signature cocktail: The "James & Sarah" — gin, elderflower, cucumber, and fresh lime.
6:00 PM

Dinner & Toasts

A plated three-course dinner in the grand ballroom, adorned with candlelight, lush floral centerpieces, and twinkling fairy lights overhead. Followed by heartfelt toasts from the maid of honor and best man.

8:00 PM

First Dance & Dancing

James and Sarah share their first dance as a married couple to "At Last" by Etta James. Then the dance floor opens — our live band will play everything from Motown to modern pop.

Don't forget to check the photobooth and take home a polaroid keepsake!
11:00 PM

Late Night Snacks

A surprise late-night treat to keep the energy high. Think mini sliders, truffle fries, and a make-your-own s'mores station by the fire pit.

Midnight

Farewell

Sparkler send-off as the newlyweds depart. Guests are invited to gather on the terrace for a final moment under the stars.

Shuttle service to nearby hotels will begin at 11:30 PM and run until 1:00 AM.

The Venue

Belle Époque Estate

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Hudson Valley, Belle Époque Estate is a turn-of-the-century manor surrounded by 40 acres of manicured gardens, towering oaks, and breathtaking autumn foliage.

Originally built in 1902, the estate has been lovingly restored to blend vintage charm with modern elegance. The ceremony takes place in the Rose Garden, cocktails on the Grand Terrace, and dinner in the Crystal Ballroom — each space more enchanting than the last.
